SCAA Announces New Technical Advancement Committee Chair, Jane-Ellen Delgado with BSEE’s Ohmsett Facility

The Spill Control Association of America (SCAA) is excited to announce its newly elected Technical Advancement Committee Chair, Jane-Ellen Delgado. She will be stepping in to fulfill these duties for Wally Landry of Crucial, Inc. Jane holds an MBA in Marketing from the City University of Seattle, Washington, and a B.S. in Journalism from the State University of New York at Brockport. She is currently the Marketing Director for the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement’s (BSEE) Ohmsett Facility. She started with Ohmsett in 2004 when she came on board to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Ohmsett’s brand within the oil spill and emergency response, marine energy, and Blue Technology communities and industries. She participates in major oil spill conferences staffing the Ohmsett booth and attending technical sessions, including events such as Clean Gulf, Clean Waterways, IOSC, and Interspill.

Jane has been an active member of the Technical Advancement Committee since 2014 and has been beneficial in providing information on research and development, equipment testing, and technology in our industry.
