2022 RCRA and DOT Hazmat Training
RCRA-
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requires annual
training in accordance with 40 CFR 262.34(a)(4) incorporating 40 CFR
265.16. Hazardous waste workers are required to become familiar with
proper hazardous waste management and emergency procedures. Additional
regulations require training for universal waste handling procedures.
Our RCRA Regulatory Review course is designed to provide a pragmatic
approach to hazardous waste, universal waste, and used oil management.
DOT
Hazmat- The DOT training and testing will be in compliance with 49 CFR
172.700 (Subpart H – Training). This training is not required annually,
it must be completed/updated once every three years. DOT Hazmat training
is to be specific to job duties. This training is geared to those who
complete and sign hazardous waste manifests to ship waste by highway.
