At the SCAA Annual Meeting on March
7, incoming SCAA President Scott Metzger presented outgoing President Andrew
Altendorf with an inscribed Gimbal Box Clock from the members in recognition of
his outstanding service as President for the past two plus years.

Over the
course of the two-day meeting, SCAA members heard from a stellar group of guest
speakers from government and the industry including Coast Guard Rear Admiral
(RET.) James Watson, Director of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental
Enforcement (BSEE), who was the luncheon keynote speaker on March 7. He spoke about the protection of people and
the environment as our country moves toward oil and gas independence.
